Tribeca launched in 2021 as a small renovation contractor. In 2023 we had achieved our status as a Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida and had launched a new business model that showcases our best abilities and takes advantage of our commercial and large-scale work expertise.
In the community, we are helping small businesses with their scalability and market growth. Our services are also used to help businesses evaluate capital expenditures, forecasts, and allocate funding to contracting projects that make the most sense to the client.

Meet Our Team
Tim Janov is the license holder, founder, and principal of Tribeca Contracting. Tim is serving as vice president and project executive of the firm.
Viktoria Janov is the president of Tribeca Contracting and has the distinct pleasure of fostering and forging meaningful relationships with clients, investors, trade contractors, and other vendors.
